2024 EVENT
If you would like to participate in the Food Court, you must:
- Have a food truck or food trailer with a generator – we do not supply electricity.
- Have an up-to-date food permit and insurance – by the Festival date – from the Plano Environmental Health Department.
The Vendor is responsible for obtaining and abiding by any and all necessary health permits and guidelines from the City of Plano. Contact:

- We are an environmentally friendly event. We ask that you serve your food in commercially compostable materials which we will provide to you.
These efforts allowed us to keep the majority of festival waste out of the landfill – with up to 94% of waste getting composted and recycled instead.
- Submit a menu to food@planointernationalfestival.org We look for diverse food and try not to have duplicate menus.
You will be notified, and an application will be sent to you if your menu is accepted and there is space for your truck.
- If you are accepted the fee for the Festival is $300.
